the breakfast buffet had many options. staff were efficient and helpful when i needed something. i found the hotel located close to vaporetto stops which aided my travel around the area. the hotel having its own dock was useful.
my room was on the second floor and there wasn't a elevator. the room felt tiny to me. i also found the shower stall too small. turning around was difficult.

i had a marvelous stay!

this hotel? special. the staff was amazing, i get fresh water immediately upon arrival. breakfast in the garden was amazing. the room was quiet and it has a super view. i loved the building's traditional style too!
there was no elevator and i had to carry my bags up some stairs. it was only a small thing though and everything else was super.

my room offered a canal view and was beautifully appointed. breakfast included many options and the staff was quite helpful. the hotel provided convenient private water taxi service to and from the airport. its proximity to major sites such as doge's palace was appreciated.
i found the air conditioning system to be somewhat lacking.

the staff exhibited really good friendliness and helpfulness throughout my stay. they assisted with dinner reservations and transportation queries with ease. the hotel bar provided great drinks plus some light bites each afternoon.

I stayed in a room overlooking the canal. The staff helped me with directions to local attractions. Breakfast offered a large selection of cheeses and cured meats. The hotel had its own dock, I arrived by water taxi.
